With a degree in engineering from ESIEE, complemented by an MBA in strategy and finance from HEC, I have built a career path over 40 years in demanding technological and industrial environments, including more than 26 years in the rail and mobility sector.
After starting out in complex systems and defense, I gradually moved into project management, transformation, and international development within major industrial groups such as Siemens, Hitachi Rail, General Electric and Parsons Corporation.
This career path has led me to manage multicultural organizations, lead complex programs, and support large-scale transformations in international environments.
